Payment and Cancellation Terms and Conditions – Online Consultations

1. Online Consultations

1.1 Payment for Online Consultations

1.1.1. All online consultations scheduled through our website must be paid in advance via MB Way, Multibanco reference, or bank transfer.

1.1.2. Payment confirms the consultation booking. In the absence of payment, the consultation will not be considered confirmed or reserved.

1.1.3. The consultation fee will be indicated at the time of booking and includes all previously specified services.

1.2 Cancellations

1.2.1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, counted in business days, allow for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

1.2.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, counted in business days, are not eligible for a refund.

1.2.3. In the event of failure to attend the online consultation without prior notice, the amount paid will not be refunded.

2. In-Person Consultations

2.1. All in-person consultations are paid at the time of the appointment and are not subject to online payment.

3. Rescheduling

3.1. Rescheduling of online or in-person consultations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, counted in business days.

3.2. If a patient unjustifiably fails to attend the first in-person consultation already scheduled on two occasions (consecutive or not), the next appointment may only be scheduled upon payment of 50% of the consultation fee. A valid justification is understood as a reason of force majeure, namely health-related issues, travel impediments, or family matters, duly communicated and, when applicable, supported by appropriate evidence.

3.3. The amount paid guarantees the reservation of the new appointment date and will be deducted from the total value of the consultation or treatment if it takes place.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Refunds apply only when the cancellation complies with the defined deadlines and when rescheduling cannot be arranged by the team, with priority always given to rescheduling.

4.2. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used by the patient within a maximum period of 5 to 10 business days after confirmation of the cancellation.

4.3. The medical activity carried out in this clinic corresponds to an obligation of means, and therefore specific results cannot be guaranteed, as the response to treatments depends on individual patient factors. For this reason, refunds for consultations or treatments already performed cannot be issued solely on the basis of dissatisfaction with results, provided that the procedures were carried out in accordance with good medical practice.

5. General Conditions

5.1. By scheduling an online consultation, the patient declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

5.2. We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time, and any changes will be communicated on our website.
